Racine, WI: Innovative Dynamic Networks a Veteran Owned Information Technology firm in downtown Racine have been selected from several Companies in southeastern Wisconsin to participate in the 2016-2017 Scalerator cohort provided by Scale Up Milwaukee.
Scale up is a six-month, seven-session training program that teaches business owners the practical skills to inject growth into their ventures. The program is administered by a team of professors from a world leader in entrepreneurship education, Babson College.
The Scalerator focuses on three primary areas: sales and marketing, organizational development and entrepreneurial finance. Additionally, the program works with investors, banks, professional services firms, universities and public sector stakeholders to support growth.
Angel Ramos-Ortiz, the Founder and CEO of the company, is excited about this opportunity. “We have been patiently waiting for an opportunity like this specially, the Scalerator Program. This program has helped 45 companies (with a combined revenue of $200 million) to increase yearly profit margins by 35%-45%.
With a profit increase of this magnitude we can stay on course for the new Data Center Development we have planned to be open in 2018-2019; it will help us grow our Data, Network, Security and Web services and employment in Southeastern Wisconsin.”

Rivera's career started when he met his passion for graphic design, during 2005. With his first computer he started to research for tools and software that he could use to start developing his skills on the graphic design field.
During his journey learning about his passion, he joined a music website's team (Beats101.Net) as a designer for registered users. After he joined this website, Rivera acquired an expanded knowledge and skills of graphic design alogn with web design/development. A couple months after joining the site, Rivera was one of the owners of a website with more than 15,000 registered users.
From 2007 until 2011, Pedro worked for The Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute as a Marketing Coordinator improving the company's branding/image, online presence, and empowering small businesses with marketing.
After leaving The Multiculturl Entrepreneurial Institute Rivera has been focusing on Web Design and Development and eCommerce leading him to discover new ways of helping out more people.
