Can the assessment be done remotely, or does someone have to come on-site?

Most assessments are done remotely with your permission to access the network. On-site is also available for businesses in Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Beloit, and Northern Illinois.

I already have an IT company. Does the assessment still make sense?

Yes. The report will show whether your current provider is covering the areas that matter. You can share it with them. If everything checks out, great. If there are gaps, you'll know exactly what to ask them to fix — or whether it's time to make a change.
